KC Distributing was founded January 2, 2007. Prior to this, Red Bull was being sold within the foundation of Golden Distributing, which sold TEXAS’s first case of Red Bull, February 1, 1999. With just a few cases on each truck, a few brand dedicated account managers, the team went door to door selling a drink that fell into a brand new beverage category: ENERGY! 17 years later, the Red Bull brand now leads the Energy Category and KCD keeps growing. With over 50 employees, 20 routes, 2 warehouses, and a huge opportunity across a fast growing territory, we are are not stopping there. Then a little-known product to the US and the Texas Market, KCD now does sales surpassing $23 million.
